Refund & Return Policy

Order Cancellation

We accept order cancellations before the product has been shipped or produced.

  • If the order is canceled before shipment, you will receive a full refund.
  • Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • The item must be in its original packaging
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required

Please do not return items to the manufacturer.

We will provide the correct return instructions and return address after your request is approved.


Return Shipping Costs

  • If the return is due to customer reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to our error (damaged item, defective product, or incorrect item sent), we will cover the return shipping costs.

We do not charge any restocking fees.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email.

If your refund is approved:

  • The refund will be processed within 3 business days.
  • The amount will be credited back to your original payment method.
  • Depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again.
  2. Contact your credit card company (processing times may vary).
  3. Contact your bank (there may be additional processing time).
